Job summary
This position will serve the agency as the Technical Services Program Director, also functioning as Head of Analytics primary focus is on the critical role of establishing the program to include managing and strengthening technical capacity throughout the agency, including implementation of special projects as assigned. This includes developing and implementing analytic strategies to align with the agency's goals and objectives and work closely with the State Engineer and executive management to communicate findings and recommendations.Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the Technical Services Program.
- Plan, establish, and execute policies and procedures in adherence to New Mexico state statutes.
