Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support
• Offer education and guidance to clients and their families on speech therapy strategies and exercises
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
