- Undertake annual tax compliance work, including preparing personal tax returns and partnership tax returns.
- Manage statutory deadlines for tax compliance work, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare year-end tax letters for the firm.
- Prepare annual P11D letters for the firm and assist with P11D form preparation.
- Ensure efficient work processes by staying updated on software developments and methods.
- Offer ad hoc support to the Director and staff on complex tax issues.
- Stay informed about current tax legislation and communicate changes to Directors and key staff.
- Track and confirm completion of all necessary compliance work for new clients.
- Handle any additional tax work that may arise.
- Oversee and maintain the firm's tax database and workflow lists.
