- Market development in specific markets within the region
- Commercial management of new and existing accounts
- Establishing inter-departmental links to enable projects' contracting and launching
- Establishing commercial relationships with technical advisors, global accounts and utilities in specific markets within the region.
- Preparation and submission of technical-commercial quotations to clients
- Establishing internal relationships with other Trina BU teams in specific markets within the Region to commonly seek and follow relevant leads (mainly with Utility, Global Accounts and TrinaPro teams)
- Lead the contractual review by the relevant departments within the Organization.
- Drafting and implementation of a business development plan for the assigned markets within the Region
- Drafting and presentation of commercial proposals in collaboration with the tendering pre-sales regional team
- Monitoring of the execution of the contracted projects in collaboration with the Operations department
- Attending local sector exhibitions
- Preparation of market and competition surveys
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Information and documentation management through the company's CRM
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, in electronics or civil will also be considered)
- Experience at the PV Segment 5-7 years.
- Sound knowledge of the Renewable market (preferably solar and tracker sector within it)
- Project and financial/economic mindset
- Used to establish close relationships with customers and partners
- Full professional competence in English and German.
- Ability to prepare and run company or product presentations on his/her own
- Good teamwork skills
- Used to international or global organizations' procedures
