    Description
    We are seeking to hire an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team.
    *Our mission* is to foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, and continue to grow our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long term care within the communities we serve.

    *Director of Nursing (DON) Expectations:
    • Oversight of all nursing operations for our post-acute care and long-term care facility.
    • Establish objectives and long-term goals and training for the healthcare team.
    • Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Evaluate resident care as related to individualized resident needs, family involvement and the physician's plan of care for the resident.
    *Flexible scheduling

    • On-going training and support
    • Strong healthcare background
    • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
