- Prepare financial analysis reports, generate journal entries (requires judgment and analysis), and assist in month-end close, monthly account reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
- Inventory Analysis-including Inventory turn report development and systematic use.
- Assist in month-end close, monthly Inventory account reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain Sales tax software settings, develop program to maximize use and minimize internal processing.
- Uses accounting software and maintain records and ensure compliance for Sales tax reporting.
- Work in close contact with the business (in country and with our foreign subsidiaries) to discuss results and make, and execute, plans to further improve sales and results.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audit schedules and other documentation.
- Provide leadership and coaching that promotes the development of all finance staff and ensures the success of these roles.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a Finance related field and 4 years of equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled in math, accounting, and financial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, BI and Various ERP systems
- Willingness to develop and grow both personally and professionally.
- Occasional travel will be required
