    LMHC's for
    ABA Therapist - Early Intervention

    Licensed Mental Health Counselors -


    Little Masters Development Center
    All Boroughs and Counties
    Up to $50-$75/hr


    We are seeking eager LMHC's who are new or have experience as ABA therapists to provide direct services to young children ages 0-3 years old through NYCs Early Intervention Program.

    We provide full comprehensive training (lunch provided during the one-half day event). Learn and be part of a lucrative rewarding and fulfilling career.

    We help you hit the ground running and give you all the tools you need to prepare and be a great therapist (including providing you with toy stipends).


    Create a convenient schedule for yourself that works well with you and the parents to provided services at the child's home or daycare.

    Job Details

    Responsibilities Include:


    Develop creative programs and activities for children with developmental disabilities in order to improve social and cognitive functions
    Encourage the childs participation in in goal-orientated activities
    Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child
    Work with families and other service providers to achieve a childs IFSP or EIP goals
    Provide services in home, school-based and daycare centers
    Daily data collection
    Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child


    Requirements:


    LMHC certificate
    Strong time management and organizational skills
    Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases


    Preferred:


    Bilingual a plus
    Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train
    Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares
