    Key Result Areas:

    Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements, with a focus on integrating Fiserv Products.

    Collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

    Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.

    Establish best practice and standards for Salesforce development and integration projects.

    Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.


    Responsible for the data going into and out from Salesforce and integrated systems, with additional focus on security of data at rest and in transit.

    Experience with Mulesoft AnyPoint platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein.

    Experience with Talk Me integration into Salesforce a plus.

    Focusing on salesforce multi-component solutions by selecting the most appropriate technical components for Salesforce including code quality, DevOps...).

    Direct integrations pulling data from a variety of external sources and databases into Salesforce using middleware such as MuleSoft.

    Completes regular internal system audits and prepares environment for upgrades observing change control internal procedures and production rollout schedules.


    Assists in the cross training of other application system administrators, new salesforce users, and grow skillset of Salesforce and products across the organization as required.


    Works with peers, business leads to analyze enterprise business context (CRM business strategy, roadmaps, and trends), to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes.


    Assists the business areas to help define the requirements, principles, and models that guide CRM technology decisions for the Enterprise.


    Helps drive CRM digital innovation at all levels of the organization, with in-depth business process analytics and desired Enterprise outcomes as required.


    Analyzes and helps to define detailed migration plans to address technology gaps, security vulnerabilities and/or zero-day vulnerabilities impacting CRM environments.

    Perform additional duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or CRM management equivalent experience

    Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, specializing in Fiserv Product integrations and emerging FinTech integrations

    Strong understanding of banking processes and systems

    Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships

    Proficiency in Mulesoft, Finastra, DNA, or similar products

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning in Salesforce and SMFC

    Experience with Copado CI/CD platform, licensing, and provisioning

    Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a technical context

    Technical and security knowledge of many components of Salesforce architecture and environment

    Strong knowledge of IT standards and controls, including information principles and processes

    Relevant vendor or industry certifications ++

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, i.e. weekends and evenings as needed

    Education: Bachelors Degree
