    • 4 Year Grow-In

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Safety first mindset - prioritize safety for yourself and others
    • Minimum age of 18 at the time of application
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States
    • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
    • Basic math skills and ability to learn machine operations
    • Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

    Schedule:

    Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts or overtime as needed.
    1st Shift Hours: 6:30 am to 3:15 pm
    2nd Shift Hours: 7:15 pm to 4:00 am

    Physical Requirements:

    • Standing and walking for at least 8 hours daily
    • Performing repetitive motions and fine hand manipulation
    • Lifting up to 20 pounds without assistance
    • Safe operation of tools and machinery
    • Working with small vehicle components
