    Broadridge is growing We are actively seeking a Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in the Pittsburgh office

    The Client Service Manager will engage with internal and external parties to address all client needs in a professional and timely manner. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with a strong customer focus and the desire to exceed clients' expectations. This role is part relationship management, part service delivery, part trouble-shooter, and part process improvement implementer. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

    This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to our Pittsburgh officeandgiven the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead clients through the onboarding of Data & Analytics products through on-going production support.
    • Establish regular communications with the client team and manage the customer relationship through regular and effective communication to provide support and delivery of a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Research and resolve client issues through self-diagnosis or by working with members of Broadridge teams.
    • Actively tracks client projects, updating and monitoring internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progression of each project.
    • Establish system parameters & settings on Data & Analytics products.
    • Lead training and product overview discussions with clients.
    • Create training and documentation materials to ensure successful service delivery.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in a Client Services role or Analyst role within the Financial industry.
    • Ability to perform data research, understand table structures and query using SQL select statements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Experience using the following technologies at a moderate level: SQL, MS Office Suite, Power BI.
