Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction in Spanish to elementary students in a progressive and innovative school environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop an engaging and relevant curriculum incorporating the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages student participation and supports student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust instruction to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with parents and families to keep them informed of their child's progress and encourage their involvement in their child's education. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related to the position, Master's Degree preferred
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
  • Experience teaching Spanish to elementary students.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based instructional practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
  • Familiarity with experiential learning
