- Assigning and dispatching Drivers to specific locations.
- Communicating effectively with customers, Drivers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of moving services.
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of moving jobs, making adjustments as needed to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
- Verifying payment of each customer prior to the scheduled delivery.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the moving process.
- Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities and generating reports as required.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
