    As a Client Account Manager specializing in full-funnel marketing strategies, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results for Pinterest's strategic advertisers. Your expertise in both upper and lower funnel tactics will help you grow and nurture client relationships and guide them from awareness through to conversion and retention. Your strategic activities will be crucial in delivering exceptional value to millions of Pinners daily, helping them turn inspiration into action by utilizing our partners' products.

    What you'll do:

    1. Strategic Partnership Building: Independently engage with key stakeholders across Media and Creative teams to cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, aligning with their business objectives at all stages of the marketing funnel from brand awareness to performance.
    2. Campaign Setup and QA: Oversee the setup and quality assurance of performance campaigns, adhering to best practices across all releases. Manage the delivery of creative assets, campaign optimizations, upselling, and all relevant documentation in preparation for campaign launch and post-campaign wrap-up. Collaborate extensively with internal and external teams to ensure first-party data segments are correctly integrated into platforms before launch.
    3. Comprehensive Campaign Management: Engage with stakeholders to plan, implement, optimize, and upsell advertising campaigns, ensuring collaboration and data-driven solutions. Optimize campaigns daily using various technologies and platforms, supporting audience data analysis throughout and after campaigns.
    4. Reporting: Provide daily pacing and performance monitoring, and weekly campaign performance reports to ensure transparency and alignment with client goals.
    5. Drive Business Growth: Analyze partner goals, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and leverage Pinterest's ad offerings to maximize ROI through branding and retargeting strategies.
    6. Expert Guidance in Advertising Technology: Develop expertise in Pinterest's advertising products and advise clients on targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies for full-funnel success.
    7. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Deliver excellent client experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and professional campaign management.
    8. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Simplify complex strategies, pitch new solutions confidently, and continuously improve campaign approaches to meet market trends.
    9. Organizational Contribution: Contribute to company initiatives like training programs and resources that support account management success.

    What we're looking for:

    • Proven experience managing strategic client accounts with data-driven strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of digital advertising practices, media, and measurement.
    • Strong consultative skills to identify business needs and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage campaign timelines and activities.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    In-Office Requirement:

    • This role requires in-person collaboration once a week and must be within a commutable distance from Chicago, NY, SF, or LA offices.
