    Regional Vice President, Business Development & Energy Solutions - CENTRAL
    Sales

    SVP, Sales

    In your role as Regional Vice President, Business Development & Energy Solutions - Central, you will set strategy to drive incremental growth with our sales team for key ESCO (Existing and New), Distributor Energy Teams, and National Accounts customers across the central United States.

    You will work with the business development teammates to ensure consistency among accounts and achievement of common goals.

    You will build, strengthen, and grow relationships with key national accounts to meet and exceed MaxLite's new business development goals.

    Define, implement, and manage strategy and direction for sales for areas of assigned responsibility including regional & national ESCO customers, distributor energy teams, national account customers and specialty agents.


    • Develop strategic account action plans for market segments under assigned area(s) of responsibility.
    • Leverage new business opportunities and quotes to create predictable revenue based on funnel to pipeline opportunities.
    • Manages direct employee(s) and specialty Agent relationships.
    o Regularly evaluate performance, mentors and offers guidance around prioritizing time, schedule, negotiations and strategic direction.

    o Provide daily advice, guidance & direction to attain maximum sales volume from all distribution markets for the MaxLite products and /or services.

    o Upgrades agencies as necessary to best align with business needs and strategic areas of growth.
    o Scales group accordingly based on business development growth and needs of business.


    • Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, other key personnel)
    • Set policies, procedures, and processes to ensure we capitalize on all opportunities and ensure MaxLite is "easy to do business with".
    • Collaborate internally with all functions of the business to meet and exceed sales budget. These include marketing, supply chain, legal, product management and operations.
    • Work with Marketing to formulate brand awareness and equity for Business Development/Energy Solutions Team and execute with the purpose of driving positive impressions and growing sales.
    • Report market conditions to Executive Team along with supporting actionable recommendations to ensure the company has the resources to take care of customers.
    • Maintain market and competitor intelligence and develop strategies to maintain the Company's competitiveness.

    • MUST live in and work out of the Midwest or Central United States
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred or relevant work experience
