A performance-driven general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support a large-scale federal healthcare project in Bremerton Washington This role is ideal for a quality professional experienced in USACE-regulated construction who excels in highly documented mission-critical environments THE OPPORTUNITY This is a long-term assignment on a secure federal healthcare facility offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced project leadership while maintaining responsibility for quality planning inspections documentation and compliance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop implement and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan Execute the USACE Three-Phase Quality Control System Preparatory Initial Follow-Up Manage QC documentation including submittals RFIs inspection reports testing logs and closeout packages Coordinate MEP inspections testing and commissioning activities Interface directly with USACE representatives inspectors and third-party testing agencies Support enforcement of infection control and quality standards for a healthcare environment Partner with Project Management Superintendents Safety to ensure compliance across the site REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role on federal or USACE construction projects Strong working knowledge of USACE QC procedures documentation requirements Experience on healthcare medical or MEP-intensive facilities preferred Ability to work on a secure federal site pass required background checks Strong written verbal communication skills attention to detail LOCATION AND RELOCATION Bremerton WA Relocation assistance available for qualified out-of-state candidates
