    Security Clearance Required:

    Secret ClearancePrimary Responsibilities:

    The candidate will work as a program analyst/business specialist with an emphasis on contract management.

    Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Perform program management, technical or business case analyses
    • Work with contracting officer to set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of contract activities for project.
    • Develop inputs into Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and other contract documentation
    • Performs initial review of vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with CDRL. Assigns and tracks review of the deliverables' technical content.
    • Identifies options for acquisition approach. Provides recommendations of standard and non-standard approaches to facilitate rapid acquisition. Resolves concerns and issues with leadership.
    • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff supporting contract management activities.

    Required Education:
    Bachelor's degree

    Required Experience:
    4 years of relevant work experience

    Desired Experience:

    • Working knowledge of FAR and nonFAR type contracts.
    • Experience with Army acquisition and contracting procedures.
    • Understanding of acquisition process and documentation (e.g., Request for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Specifications, CDRLs, J&A, D&F, Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP), Rapid Acquisition Contract (RAC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Order or MILSTRIP purchases).
    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel; experience with MS Project a plus.

    10-25% (depending on location)
