Senior Project Manager - San Ramon, United States - LHH

LHH is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in San Ramon, CA, in a hybrid role (3 days a week in office). Our clients' Project Managers work closely and interactively with client stakeholders to actively identify, and creatively resolve, project issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelors Degree in a technical field, engineering degree preferred
• Must be PMP Certified
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 8+ years' of professional, hands on experience in the workforce
• 5+ years of prior experience in Oil & Gas, or Utility companies (Solar, RNG)
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of experience with Deltek experience strongly preferred

KEY JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating client requirements and project risks to appropriate team members and managing all requirements to ensure client expectations are met.
• Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Track project progress, review project tasks and deliverables to make certain deadlines are met.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings with all internal stakeholders and client representatives.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary: up to $170,000 (DOE) + bonus
