    The Clinical Supervisor will provide support/Supervision to the Family Centered Treatment clinicians.

    Requirements
    • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field as determined by contract with DHHS. Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner required. Minimum of one-year experience delivering an evidence-based practice preferred.
    • Must be 21 years of age
    • Must pass a drug screen, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Background Check, DHHS APS and CPS Central Registry Checks, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry.
    • Any other background checks required by the contract.

    • Must have valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

    • Receives training in trauma informed practice and incorporates knowledge in day-to-day practice

    Essential Functions
    • Enroll in Wheels of Change at time of hire completing within 6 months of hire and complete all requirements to be certified in the FCT supervisor model with 365 days of start date.
    • Ensure fidelity of Family Centered Treatment model and works closely with FCT Foundation Consultant.
    • Provide individual supervision to Family Centered Treatment clinicians to problem solve barriers and plan for professional development on a weekly basis.
    • Provide team supervision to clinical staff to review cases and provide feedback on intervention and case conceptualization on a weekly basis.
    • Can provide consultations, with the Clinical Director on evidence-based practices, including but not limited to, Trauma Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
    • Focuses on Clients/Customers and ensures quality of services delivered to client/customer.
    • Acts as a change agent and pursues continuous process improvement.
    • Provides coverage when employees are unavailable.
    • Maintain referral log as well as the reason for any refused referrals.
    • Work with others to assign referrals.
    • Ensures that reports and paperwork are completed and turned in to DHHS within contractual timeframes.
    • Ensures that Clinical staff are working through their Wheels of Change certification process and that it is completed within one year.
    • Ensures that the FACT report and Discharge Tracker are completed each month and that data is readily available to the Director to monitor fidelity.
    • Conducts annual performance evaluations of Clinical staff.
    • Assess and ensures clinical staff meet competencies
    • Assists in the credentialing process of clinical staff, ensuring it occurs in a timely manner.
    • Acts as a liaison with DHHS and participates in case consultation with DHHS as needed.
    • Assists clinical staff in portions of FCT Fidelity model that require 2 staff to be present.
    • Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Ensures clients' rights are protected.
    • Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
