    Description
  • Acts as liaison to the servicing Civilian Human Resource Service Center CHRSC and CECOM G1 for all aspects of the human resources process.
  • Provides guidance and assistance regarding these personnel matters in accordance with the appropriate statutes and regulatory guidance and procedures.
  • Works with management analysts in the directorate on RESHAPE Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), RIF, and other tasks to implement personnel and manpower requirements.
  • Serves as the principal action officer and advisor for all civilian personnel actions which include position establishment and recruitment actions.
  • Current Department of Army Civilian Employees Current Department of Defense (DOD) Civilian Employee (non-Army) Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan Land Management Workforce Flexibility Act Military Spouses, under Executive Order (E.O Non-Department of Defense (DoD) Transfer Priority Placement Program, DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP) Eligible Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA) of 1998 In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.
