- Experience in qualitative research methods and data analysis.
- Experience working with qualitative analysis software, e.g. DeDoose, Nvivo,
- Knowledge of social service and/or healthcare delivery, especially primary care
- Experience working in collaborative, team environment.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language would be an advantage but is not required.
- Work with faculty investigators on design and development of protocols, qualitative data collection instruments, and intervention materials.
- Collaborate in development, writing and proof-reading of human subject protections and other research documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential study records, including tracking participants and ensure timely recordkeeping, per applicable regulations.
- Assist with remote participant recruitment, screening, informed consent and enrollment.
- Conduct research participant surveys and semi-structured interviews, including patients (telephone, internet-based i.e. Zoom, in-person)
- Collaborate on design of qualitative analytic plan, conduct coding, generate coding reports.
- Perform literature searches for PI and collaborate on manuscript development and writing.
- Complete research administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
