- Managing the processes related to accounts payable, up to the check-signing stage.
- Reconciling all banking and credit card transactions and categorize appropriately in Quickbooks Online.
- Coordinating and preparing financial reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Tracking and paying monthly sales tax and business license renewals.
- Overseeing all billing operations of the Practice inclusive of front desk operations.
- Managing vendor relationships
- Assisting the Operations Managers as needed with facilities management, physician credentialing, and other projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Five years' experience in financial operations with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Professional managerial experience is required, preferably within the financial aspects of the health care industry.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Practice Management (EPM) systems.
- Experience in negotiating general business contracts.
