    Description
    The HT Group is partnering with a manufacturing company in North Austin to find a Japanese Maintenance Engineer. This person will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for non-operational, electro-mechanical equipment. This includes adjustments, minor repairs, and equipment assembly. We are looking for a tech savvy, analytical professional with 2+ years of maintenance, automation, and pneumatics experience.

    Must be bilingual in Japanese and English to be considered
    Direct Hire | North Austin (Onsite) | Comp $85-100k


    Responsibilities:

    • Support maintenance of assigned production line
    • Communicate activities and maintenance updates to equipment and engineering team
    • Support realtime and preventative maintenance of tool set
    • Compile and manage data, manuals, and training material for engineering team

    Qualifications:

    • Must be bilingual in both Japanese and English
    • 2+ years of maintenance experience, specifically automation and pneumatics
    • Knowledge of cleanroom maintenance
    • Knowledge of production/manufacturing and test equipment
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
    • Strong PC and data management skills
    • Knowledge of IO9000 standards
