    • This unique role involves serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in student homes providing care guidance supervision support fostering academic emotional social development of a group of students living there.
    • Couples will provide daily supervision mentorship managing household routines student schedules administering medications ensuring student wellness driving students activities planning developmental recreational activities with them leading devotions accompanying Sunday Chapel services overseeing budgeting reporting.
