- Sets up customer accounts and billing details accurately
- Determines cost and revenue charges based on quotes or contracts
- Coordinates logistics for import customs clearance
- Arranges airport transfers and delivery schedules
- Manages documentation and billing procedures
- Improves departmental procedures for efficiency
- Handles customer inquiries and resolves billing discrepancies
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in freight forwarding is preferred
- Completion of relevant industry training is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused with great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication
- Knowledge of world geography and shipping documentation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to handle calculations and percentages
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Use hands and fingers for computer work
- Clear spoken communication for phone interactions
- Close-up vision for computer tasks
