Visit our website at Non-Exempt Approved Date: 2/9/2024 Approved By: Rob Selle, VP of Program Management & Engineering Job Title: Program Office Intern Department: Program Office Summary: The Program Office Intern provides support to the program management team in coordinating and executing various projects and initiatives. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, organizing project documentation, and contributing to the smooth operation of the program office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for program managers.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for program meetings and presentations. Help maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, and action items.
  • Support program managers in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members as needed.
  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules and timelines.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to program performance and metrics.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to program managers.
  • Provide support to project managers in tracking project milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Help identify and escalate project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution as assigned by program managers.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
