    Description

    The Ford Agency is recruiting an energetic and organized Benefits Assistant for an international law firm based in DC. This individual will work with all levels of staff and attorneys and will have opportunity to learn about policies and programs including leave, health, and retirement.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Assist with administration of benefits programs
    • Communicate with personnel regarding benefits related inquiries
    • Maintain and update benefits and HR related documentation
    • Assist with open enrollment activities and benefits presentations
    • Coordinate communications for the team

    Qualifications Include:

    • 1+ years of administrative experience
    • Strong internships will be considered
    • Experience working with databases preferred
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
