    Description

    Do you have a passion for creating inspiring and functional retail spaces? Are you excited by the challenge of translating brand identity into a captivating customer experience? If so, then a career as a Retail Designer might be perfect for you

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop creative and innovative store design concepts that align with the brand image and target market.
    • Design floor plans, optimizing traffic flow and product placement to maximize sales.
    • Design and specify fixtures, furniture, and displays to showcase products effectively.
    • Create compelling visual presentations, including 2D drawings and 3D renderings, to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
    • Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-conscious.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet technical requirements and building codes.
    • Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Stay up-to-date on current retail trends, consumer behavior, and new materials and technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in retail design or a similar field.
    • Strong understanding of retail principles, including branding, customer psychology, and visual merchandising.
    • Excellent creativity, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
    • Proficient in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluent both English and Spanish
