Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide clear, confident explanations of Manifest's services and process.
- Respond to questions in a way that feels calm, professional, and helpful — even when clients are anxious or unfamiliar with immigration terminology.

- 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration as a paralegal, ideally with intake exposure.
