DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
This full-time position requires you to be onsite Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
As the Site Superintendent at Arrowhead Contracting, Inc., you'll be the driving force behind the success of our federal construction projects. Your day will start with leading daily kickoff meetings, where you'll lay out the plan and ensure everyone is aligned. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, oversee site activities, and ensure the project stays on schedule and within the specifications. Your role will be crucial in making sure everything is running smoothly, from the accuracy of plans to liaising with government representatives. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 5+ years of construction site management experience
- Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases
- This position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process.
