    Position Summary: The Materials Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Materials department in the areas of material purchasing, purchasing reporting, inventory management, and accounts payable to ensure smooth and efficient flow of materials within he home building facility.

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    Material purchasing - count, plan, and order selected items on a weekly basis.

    Update IGPS pricing.

    Update Bill of Materials in ERP system. (Costing responsibility)

    Purchasing reporting - develop and maintain charts for key metrics with the guidance of the Materials Manager.

    Assist in managing damaged and obsolete material, waste wire (ISO), and debit bill-back spreadsheets (Service)

    Accounts Payable assistance - review of unmatched invoices and packing lists, vendor communication for invoicing issues. (Segregation of duties)

    Key member of the inventory team and responsible for assistance in all Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly inventories.

    Other duties as assigned.
