- Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems for automated equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Integrate vision systems and sensors into automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and validation.
- Support equipment validation and documentation in compliance with medical industry standards.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO
- Provide support and training to maintenance and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in the medical device sector.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Experience with HMI development and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to work on a 2–3 month fixed-term contract.
- Authorized to work in the location where the position is posted. Be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid TN Visa.
