- Architect, design, implement, and test firmware solutions for high-speed FPGAs and their supporting circuitry
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and integrate FPGA designs and sensor systems
- Design FPGA applications for cutting-edge SoC implementations
- Analyze, design, and implement algorithms in hardware descriptor languages (HDL), based on customer requirements
- Generate and manage engineering drawings and configuration documentation
- Conduct experimental tests on FPGA evaluation boards and contribute to selecting next-generation components
- Develop project test plans, test procedures, and provide test planning support
- Experience in FPGA system design and test, embedded Software/Firmware design
- Knowledge of high-speed serial communication standards and interfaces
- Proficiency in C/C++, VHDL, and TCL
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with relevant experience
- US Citizen with a Final Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with modern Xilinx FPGA families and design tools
- Experience with SoC designs such as Zynq and Zynq Ultrascale+
- Development of FPGA-optimized versions of DSP algorithms
- Understanding of internal interfaces such as AXI4, AXI4-Stream, AXI4-Lite
- Experience with embedded operating systems and FPGA PCBA hardware design
