- Ten (10) years experience conducting Business Process Reengineering activities is required.
- Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Capability Maturity Model (CMM)/ Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), ISO 9000, Six Sigma, agile) for COTS integration programs is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional experience in business process/change management on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
