Gaudenzia is now opening our first ever 24/7 walk in Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in the Park Heights, Baltimore area Through our clinic, we will serve individuals of all ages in need of behavioral health services, who are living in the of Baltimore City, including individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, emotional disturbances, and/or mental healthreleated crisis


    Shift:
    Monday-Friday (9am thru 5pm)

    With your help, we can turn the tide on substance use disorder.

    A successful Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent with at least 5 years experience working, in an outpatient or acute care behavioral health treatment setting (serving verterans, youth and the homeless populations).

    Demonstrated knowledge of working with Criminal Justice involved and/or homeless populations. In this role you will provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling to individuals with Behavioural Health needs.
    To evaluate, treat, and diagnose clients who have a mental health disorder or dually-diagnosed
    Schedule or assist with the scheduling of clinical and/or support staff to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
    Continue special training in areas designated by the Supervisor.
    Be available for weekend and/or evening duty.
    Support and demonstrate adherence to Gaudenzia's Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and all personnel policies and procedures.
    Be responsible for re-entry residents or others needing advanced care.
    Be responsible for orientation of new staff members when the Supervisor is not available.
    All other duties as described in the Unit Unique Job Description or as assigned by the Supervisor.

    Maryland Education/ Licensure Requirements:

    LCPC or equivalent with at least 5 years' experience working in an outpatient or acute care Behavioural Health treatment setting.
