    • Warehouse Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all daily frame and accessory orders for our partner Lab operations.
    Complete all ordering, receiving and distribution of all frame orders on a daily basis. Act as a resource for our Lab partners providing information as necessary. Maintain good relationships and communication between distribution team and all offices. Update Frame Database with correct frame information and pricing regularly. Ensure all frames within the distribution center are properly tagged and priced before distributing. Complete all frame returns and credits monthly. Maintain inventory within the frame department and ensure that all stock is tagged and sorted correctly.


    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GED required.

    Individual must be able to interact professionally and courteously with ECP employees and Lab partners both on the phone and in person.

    Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

    Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
