The Supervised Release program offers an alternative to jail by providing pretrial supervision, case management,
counseling appointment reminders referrals to community-based programming.
The Case Manager will conduct intake interviews assessments for SRP clients develop individualized service plans provide counseling referrals ensure individuals return to court enter data on client activities monitor attendance compliance collaborate with Court Advocates Community Engagement Specialists advocate for client services participate in case conferences develop maintain relationships with community organizations attend necessary meetings trainings engage in ongoing professional development.
