Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of product management experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of product lifecycle and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.
Conduct market research, gather and analyze customer insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
Define and prioritize product features, create user stories, and ensure a smooth execution of product development.
Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and iterating to enhance user experience.

Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5 to 7 years of proven experience in product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across multiple teams.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on product development.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
