Job Title: Bartender

Location: Ontario, CA

Company: Battle Lab

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at Battle Lab. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by crafting exceptional drinks and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, wine-based cocktails, concession fountain drinks
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Stay informed about current beverage trends and be able to make recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar setting.
Excellent knowledge of drink preparation techniques and recipes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to be cautiously aware of the effects drinking has on customers and address appropriately in the event of a situation.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 21 years old to apply
Must have RBS Certification and Food Handlers Card

Fridays - Sunday Shifts for now with intention to open up the week from Thursdays to Sundays, 5+ hours each shift. Tips paid out each shift.

We cater to not only the avid airsoft players, but to families and friends wanting to try something new and exciting. We are an expanding company with a retail location in Oceanside CA and a new field/bar in Las Vegas Nevada in the works.
