    Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee individual communities to ensure consistency and compliance to the divisions signage and collateral materialsCreate and manage non-digital advertising and promotional budgetsManage advertising agencies and ensure quality and on-time results within budget as well as approve collateral and ad releasesPlan and execute marketing strategies for new community grand openingsEnsure signage and media are complaint with Regional and Corporate standardsManage signage vendors for the creation of new collateral and ensure price, design and production times are acceptable to Division standardsSupport Area Sales Managers for community referral and Realtor eventsManage requests and approvals as needed from corporate on public relations mattersFacilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc.

    using non-digital platformsEnsure shared marketing calendar is up-to-date with current information and deadlinesWork closely with Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of overall Division marketing initiativesProvide communication and regular updates to sales and leadership teams on the divisions marketing strategy and executionLead, coach, mentor and manage individuals and team to ensure top performance of all team members in achieving desired results while finding efficient and effective solutions that create overall organizational valPerform market, brand and product research and analysis; monitor external and internal factors for development of new product and market segments.

    Ensure onsite and online sales teams understand our segmentation, strategy, unique selling proposition and competitive advantages/disadvantagesManage projects and deadlines with vendors and internal marketing teamTake a leadership role with the leadership team in the opening of new communities and the launch of new products and plans.

    Work with Division Leadership to ensure that all sales tools needed are in place prior to opening and that community appearance meets our standardsManage engagement with communications/public relations department and ensure all communications are aligned with brand and corporate standardsWork closely with the Division Leadership and measure sales and traffic; evaluate sources/drivers of same; and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize visitors to community sales centersEnforce strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all internal and external partnersManage, coach, and develop marketing professionals to support the local team marketing modelQualificationsPeople development:

    Proficient knowledge with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)Preferred:
    Direct experience developing and managing strategic plans, budgets, and external resourcesExperience with homebuilder and master-planned community marketingPassionate, result oriented, and highly motivated person experienced with residential marketingAuthentic, integrity-driven team player, results driven and detail orientedProven ability to develop collaborative relationships with and support corporate, regional, and global marketing teamsKnowledge of Smartsheet, Canva, CRMs, Adobe#J-18808-Ljbffr
