- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need.
- Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members.
- Customer Service Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Job DescriptionGrowing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our team in our Brooklyn Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that all staff are properly trained and informed of their duties. The Care Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and performance, as well as monitoring and responding to any scheduling conflicts or changes. In addition, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am- 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm
