- Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze client data, assisting in creating personalized financial plans.
- Provide technical support during client meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, including following up after review meetings and assisting with technical financial questions about their plan strategy.
- Conduct research and contribute to various projects as assigned by lead advisors.
- Utilize financial planning software and tools to generate reports and conduct scenario modeling.
- Associates will participate in client meetings to develop the skills to ultimately become a lead advisor.
- This role will consist of financial planning work, administrative tasks, client service, and everything in between (small firm environment, not a big corporate one).

- A knack for diving into numbers, with the ability to analyze the quantitative and qualitative aspects of financial data.

- Bonus points for familiarity with software systems like eMoney, Redtail, and Microsoft Suite.
- Desire to engage in continuous learning to improve your financial planning knowledge and skills with coaching and mentorship from a CFP and CFA designee.
- Starting salary $55,000 - $75,000 based on skills and experience with opportunity for bonuses and incentive pay.

Job Opportunity
We're seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to be a vital part of our team. Your role? Dive deep into the world of financial planning and client service alongside our team consisting of CFA and CFP designees and our Client Service Associate. You will play a pivotal role in providing technical financial planning support to the firm's two lead advisors and working closely with the client service associate to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to kickstart your career journey in finance while significantly impacting people's lives, as you'll be an integral part of our clients' financial journeys. This role is intended for someone who wants to grow into a Lead Advisor with a clearly defined career path.

Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
1-5 years of experience in financial services preferred.
Registered Paraplanner, enrollment in CFP courses or equivalent designation is a strong plus but not required.
