    Director of Nursing at The Waters

    Now offering a $7,500 bonus after 6 months of successful employment and a pay range of $100k - $110k based on experience. As the Director of Nursing (titled Director of Health and Wellbeing) (DON), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and leadership.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of nursing staff
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality care standards
    • Educate residents and families on care options
    • Supervise and train clinical staff
    • Manage staffing and control costs effectively
    • Stay updated on trends in elder care and memory loss care

    Qualifications:

    • Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing
    • Prior experience in healthcare leadership
    • Knowledge of Department of Health regulations
