  • Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business operations, goals, and risk management needs.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess their evolving insurance requirements and provide personalized guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business risks and exposures, considering factors such as industry regulations, market trends, and specific business activities.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Design comprehensive insurance solutions that align with clients' risk profiles and coverage needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to create tailored insurance policies.
  • Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle, from initial policy issuance to endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy documents, endorsements, and related paperwork.
  • Assist clients in navigating the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure smooth claims resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients' insurance needs.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and carriers to offer the best solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or coverage enhancements to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand the agency's footprint within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and correspondence in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including revenue targets, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
