Oldcastle Infrastructure is in search of a service-oriented leader for our Enterprise Applications Analyst team. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader with exceptional business acumen, strong problem-solving abilities, in-depth knowledge of business processes, and effective team management skills. The Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst will support other analysts in task prioritization, provide guidance when necessary, and maintain software vendor relationships, conduct application testing, and address user-reported issues. Collaboration with business stakeholders and Information Technology teams is crucial for defining and overseeing projects related to strategic applications, acquisition integration, and enhanced solution delivery.

This position demands a working leader who will also oversee system configuration, security, and enhancements for Oldcastle Infrastructure's application environments, catering to the fast-paced, growth-focused nature of our organization.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of three to four application analysts under the supervision of the Manager, Enterprise Applications.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
Ensure team members grasp business processes and efficiently fulfill stakeholder needs.
Enforce adherence to defined processes and procedures while collaborating on new procedures development.
Organize system and team documentation knowledge base for smooth transition of solutions to Application Support.
Drive the enterprise application portfolio strategy, execution, and optimization with a cloud-first, vendor-supported approach.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver quality strategic solutions that enhance enterprise processes and efficiency.
Execute project tollgate processes for all assigned initiatives.
Ensure seamless integrations between enterprise applications and SAP in collaboration with relevant teams.

Applications Analyst:

Support core business process areas like Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, or Plan to Produce, fostering expertise, accountability, and collaboration.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop technical and business process flow diagrams.
Design and implement solutions for enterprise applications in specific process areas.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy in applications, implementing necessary controls.
Facilitate dashboarding for actionable reporting in coordination with the Data & Analytics team.
Provide guidance and final approval for specific enhancements or projects.
Create a framework for training users on existing and new applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Enterprise Application roles.
Experience with enterprise applications like Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or SAP.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and IT Service Management platforms.
Proven team leadership experience, preferably in a global manufacturing setting.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
Strong communication skills and excellent documentation abilities.
Understanding of IT processes, change management, and project management.
Proactive and analytical problem solver with strong technical skills.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of corporate business processes and financial concepts.

Work and Physical Requirements:

May involve sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Preferred office location at Oldcastle Infrastructure's headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
Possibility of remote work up to 40% weekly, with occasional travel.
Must pass background check, alcohol and drug testing.
May require work outside regular hours based on critical incidents or projects.

Standard office conditions with exposure to industrial plant sites.
