We are searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Children's Programming Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our children's programming.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive children's programming strategy,
- Collaborate with department managers and staff members to design and execute high-quality programs that promote physical fitness,
- Recruit hire train supervise childrens program instructors staff members provide guidance support feedback ensure excellence program delivery
- Create safe supportive nurturing environment for children adhering safety guidelines promoting positive behavior cooperation
