    We are currently seeking a Systems Specialist who will be responsible for the operations of internal systems and data feeds.


    This role will perform audits across various mediums to ensure data accuracy and will also assist with integration monitoring, upgrading business processes, testing, and reporting.


    What You'll Do:
    The Specialist will partner with others to analyze work process flow and improve processes to continually seek greater efficiencies.


    Specific duties may include :
    Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems (Workday, ADP)

    Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data related to

    compensation, classification, benefits, payroll, and/or other HR-related data.
    Review HR/Payroll/Benefits-related integration files to ensure data is loaded correctly and resolve errors as necessary.

    Support benefits, payroll and HR Partners with audits, HR system maintenance, data requests and reporting.

    Review and troubleshoot to identify and reconcile data discrepancies.
    Support in the testing of system changes, upgrades or new implementations for the region as well as other technical projects as necessary (open enrollment, Workday, ADP)
    Ensure accurate and consistent employment and personal data is entered in our systems, liaison with local HR / People partners and provide guidance as needed
    Identify unexpected results or process flaws, recommends process improvements, alternate methods and innovative solutions to help streamline & facilitate new levels of quality and efficiency
    Develop user procedures, guidelines and SOPs as needed.
    Special payroll/benefit projects as needed.


    What We're Looking For :


    This role requires a bachelors degree in business, human resources, computer science or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted) and 5-7 years of work experience in HRIS administration including experience with Workday and ADP.


    Qualified candidates will have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to recognize the connection of data feeds between HR systems and data feeds.


    We are looking for an individual with a pro-active mindset who is able to see the bigger picture while maintaining focus on details & takes initiative to recommend process improvements.


    Other qualifications include:
    Excellent attention to detail, enjoys data & understands the importance of accuracy
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures
    Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing deadlines
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are important
    Ability to work independently as well as be part of the larger team; flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving, results-oriented work environment
    Demonstrates customer service attitude and maintains positive work relationships with team members; professional , positive attitude is a must
    Ability to manage confidential information and documents
    Ability to work standard 9:00 to 5:00 hours to ensure coverage for region
    Proficiency in MS Office and a demonstrated technical aptitude
