    This role is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.


    Job Description:
    Ensure sustainable and efficient solutions are designed and implemented within Workday.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues including data errors, security, process and integration issues.
    Serve as key point of contact to monitor service desk ticket issues and analyze for short and long-term resolution.
    Serve as an escalation point for system issues reported by users.
    Partner with the Reporting Analyst to proactively identify and develop reports/dashboards to improve Workday utilization.
    Participate in testing efforts (including writing and execution) to ensure systems are working as designed.
    Support design/development of testing scripts and gather and summarize feedback for action.
    Create and update documentation and training/quick reference guides for system implementation, upgrades and modifications. Provide appropriate communications as upgrades and modifications occur.
    Assist functional leads with preparing and executing Workday release testing for the Workday bi-annual release process.
    Manage interface processes to ensure integrity of data to all third parties, including payroll vendors and talent acquisition.
    Support projects to roll out new modules and functionality.
    Conduct audits for data quality/integrity and system maintenance.

    Build and maintain positive client relationships, interacting effectively with project team members, project managers, and staff at all levels of the organization.


    Requirements :


    Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.4+ years of Workday HCM experience required.4+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst.

    Solid HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows.
    Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to see project through the full lifecycle to completion.
    Creative approach to solving technical or process-related problems.
    Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.
    Work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage time and prioritize projects.
    Service-oriented approach to internal customers and peer relationships, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team environment.
