Description
UofL Physicians, part of UofL Health, is seeking a full-time cardiology APRN for inpatient care.
The position is located at Mary and Elizabeth Hospital and requires three 12-hour shifts weekly, one on Saturday and Sunday with one additional shift worked during the week. Hours for each shift are 7 am - 7 pm. Weekends off will be rotated throughout the year to provide a work-life balance.
There is no mandatory call. Responsibilities include inpatient rounding, care for adult cardiology patients, and supervision of noninvasive cardiology testing.
Qualified candidates are clinically proficient, possess a collaborative team mentality, and are effective communicators. They will deliver high-quality health care in a professional, compassionate, and courteous manner while respecting the dignity and individuality of each person who comes in contact with the organization by following the Standards of Excellence, the Standards of Behavior, and the Standards of Professional Appearance and Conduct.
