    The RoleAs a DAM Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing our Digital Asset Management software offerings.


    Your role involves understanding customer needs, driving product strategy, and ensuring that our DAM solutions meet industry standards and exceed user expectations.


    What You'll DoProduct Strategy and Vision:
    Define and communicate the long-term vision for our DAM software suiteConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product directionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goalsProduct Roadmap and Prioritization:Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmapPrioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impactBalance short-term needs with long-term visionRequirements Gathering and Documentation:Work closely with customers, sales, and support teams to understand DAM requirementsCreate clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user storiesEnsure alignment between technical capabilities and user needsDAM Enhancements:Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver new featuresMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our DAM offeringsDrive continuous improvement in usability, performance, and scalabilityUser Experience (UX) and Usability:Collaborate with our UX team to champion user-centric design principlesConduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine the user experienceOptimize workflows for asset ingestion, metadata management, and search

    Vendor Relationships:
    Collaborate with DAM software vendors to influence product roadmaps and resolve issuesLeverage vendor support, resources, and insights to enhance our offeringsStay informed about vendor updates and new featuresSales Enablement and Training:Collaborate with Sales Support teams by providing product knowledge, demos, and competitive insightsTrain internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and support teamsEnsure they can effectively position and sell our DAM solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in DAM software or related technologiesStrong understanding of DAM concepts, workflows, and industry standardsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and product development processesNice to Have2+ years in product managementExperience with the Veeva Vault Platform or Vault PromoMatsPrevious work with APIs, SQL and programming languagesExperience working with or a strong interest in the Life Sciences industryPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $100,000
    - $220,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.

    Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.

    We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
