A strong leadership presence is essential to foster a welcoming environment while enhancing community engagement through innovative aquatic programming.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging aquatic programs that meet the needs of diverse participants
• Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing pool rules and regulations
